Payment Plan Options
Invoices will be sent via email prior to due dates.
|One Payment||November 30th|
|Two Payments||Due in November 30th and January 30th.|
|Four Payments||Due in November, 30th, January 30th, February 30th, and March 30th.|
Fees include food, lodging, most programming, a cabin photo, and an official camp tee shirt.
50% refund if Camp is notified in writing 10 days or more prior to the beginning of the session
No refund if Camp is notified in writing less than 10 days prior to the beginning of the sessions or if no notification is given. If a camper is unable to attend their session and must cancel, they will be allowed to move to another session if a spot is available for no additional charge.
Please do not send money until after you have received an acceptance email.
A $40.00 late fee will be added to late payments. No payment will be accepted beyond the 10 day grace period.
